Exercise
Exercise has always been my weakest link when it come to dealing with my diabetes!
How about you?
I know it is important, I know it makes us feel better, and yet I still manage to find excuses to not DO IT!
It is as simple as just walking....I just Hate to walk, I think this is where a lot of us are going to be able to use some help! Please....If anyone has some tip or trick on how to motivate us on how to get started and keep our exercise programs going , then please go to the forum and leave us a post!
